My Family CD™ offers three different CD Identification Programs.

Safe Kids Card: “Complete CD” is designed for parents and/or guardians to carry at
all times for children ages birth to eighteen. We also make a “Basic CD” including a special label,
“SKC Teen CD,” and designed it to be safe for children over 12 to carry.
Safe Adults Card: this CD is designed for adults to carry- about themselves or loved ones - ages eighteen (perfect for college students) through senior citizen. If you or a loved one
has any medical conditions, drug allergies, or special circumstances that could
aid medical personnel or law enforcement officials, this card is for you.
Safe Pets Card: this CD is designed for pet owners and breeders. They are used
in the event of a lost pet or as a business “card” for a bred animal. Safe Pets Card can
be done on-line with the completed CD(s) returned in the mail. safepetscard.com/deniseannesue

In the event of an emergency, regardless of city, state or country, whether it involves law enforcement or medical authorities, you will always have the information to expedite the situation.
